Our collection of Sensitive Personal Information is highly selective and strictly obtained directly from you, the consumer. With Services

·         Product Purchases: When you buy a book or other product via our Services, we gather Identifiers, Personal Information, and Commercial Information such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and payment details (credit or debit card information).

·         Reader Rewards: Upon registering for our Reader Rewards program, we collect Identifiers, Personal Information, and Commercial Information including your name, email address, and any proof of purchase documents you provide. ·         Newsletter Subscriptions: When subscribing to our newsletters, we collect Identifiers like your email address and, for some newsletters, additional Personal Information such as your name, job title, interests, and similar details may be collected.

·         Sweepstakes, Contests, and Promotions: Participation in sweepstakes, contests, or similar promotions involves collecting Identifiers like your name, email address, mailing address, and Commercial Information including proof of purchase.

·         Registration for Programs and Events: When you register for our programs, events, or conferences, we collect Identifiers such as your name and email address.

·         Reading Preferences and Market Research: We gather Identifiers, Sensitive Demographic Information, and Internet Activity Information from you when you participate in surveys or provide feedback via our Services, our service providers’ platforms, over the phone, or during in-person interviews and focus groups, including details about your reading preferences like favorite authors or genres.

·         Divisional Influencer Programs: Participation in divisional Influencer programs may involve collecting Identifiers and Sensitive Demographic Information.

·         User-Generated Content: When you post content in online communities or other publicly accessible areas of our Services, including comments and reviews, we collect Personal Information.
